Mit Mustard n'Onions - dem Nachfolger des von der Kritik gefeierten Swagism aus dem Jahr 2018 - hebt die Band den Funk auf ein neues Niveau mit einem Album voller Eigenkompositionen, an denen neben dem Bassisten MonoNeon (Prince), dem Keyboarder Dominique Xavier Taplin (Toto), dem Saxophonisten und Arrangeur Sylvester »Sly5thave« Onyejiaka und weiteren Musikern auch der Keyboarder und Legende Bernard Wright als Gast mitwirkt.

Seit 2014 leiten der Schlagzeuger und Bandleader Robert Sput Searight und der Perkussionist Nate Werth ein unglaubliches Kollektiv von Musikern, die sich zu einer groovebasierten Funk-, Hip-Hop- und Jazzgruppe zusammengefunden haben.

Mustard n'Onions erzählt die Geschichte eines Ensembles, das reift, sich festigt und seine Identität findet.
