Für sein Album „Cinema“ hat Cello-Star HAUSER 15 zeitlose Melodien der Filmmusik für Solo-Cello und Orchester arrangiert und mit dem renommierten London Symphony Orchestra unter der Leitung von Robert Ziegler aufgenommen. Mit seinem emotionalen Ton erweckt der mit 2CELLOS bekannte gewordene Cellist Werke von Filmkomponisten wie Ennio Morricone, Henry Mancini und John Barry neu zum Leben. Von der nostalgischen Schönheit des „Tara’s Theme“ aus Vom Winde verweht bis zur berührenden Zartheit von Billie Eilishs Oscar-prämiertem „What Was I Made For“ aus Barbie fängt HAUSER dabei auf „Cinema“ die emotionale Essenz ikonischer Filmmomente ein, die Generationen verbindet.

Neben seiner großen Liebe für die James Bond Filme, inspirierte seine Begeisterung für große, romantische Melodien HAUSERs Auswahl der Titel für das Album. So hat er neben der Ballade „Writing’s on the Wall“ von Sam Smith aus Spectre viele legendäre Titel aus der goldenen Ära des Hollywoodkinos neu arrangiert, unter anderem das Thema aus A Summer Place. Auch Lalo Schifrins zeitloses “Mission:Impossible” Thema und die Titelmelodie aus Somewhere in Time bringt HAUSER neu zum Erklingen. Weitere unvergessliche Melodien auf dem Album sind: „Comptine d'un autre été, l'après-midi“ aus Die Fabelhafte Welt der Amélie, „Promentory“ aus Der letzte Mohikaner, „The Music of the Night“ aus Das Phantom der Oper, „A Time for Us“ aus Romeo und Julia, oder „Conquest of Paradise“ aus 1492 – Die Eroberung des Paradieses.

„Dies ist ein sehr persönliches Album“, erklärt HAUSER, „weil es einige meiner Lieblingsmelodien enthält. Einige dieser Werke würde ich als ‚versteckte Juwelen‘ bezeichnen, die vielen Menschen vielleicht noch unbekannt sind. Aber ich bin sicher, sobald die Fans sie auf CINEMA hören, werden auch sie ihre Favoriten darin finden.“

Nach einer unglaublichen 10-jährigen Karriere als eine Hälfte von den 2CELLOS, läutete HAUSER mit seinem Album „Classic“ 2020 eine neue Ära in seiner Karriere ein und feierte mit einmaligen Bearbeitungen berühmter klassischer Melodien für Cello und Orchester als Solo-Künstler weltweite Erfolge. Das Album „The Player“ mit Bearbeitungen von Latin-Pop-Klassikern für Orchester und Big Band aus dem Jahr 2022 brachte die zweite Facette seiner künstlerischen Persönlichkeit zum Vorschein: den alle Genre-Grenzen hinter sich lassenden Entertainer am Cello. Mit dieser einmaligen und energie-geladenen musikalischen Mischung begeisterte HAUSER 2023 in über 30 ausverkauften Konzerten das europäische Publikum und füllte damit so große Konzerthallen wie die Mercedes Benz Arena Berlin oder die Olympiahalle München. Weltweit erreichte er mit seinen Solo-Aufnahmen bisher über eine Milliarde Audio-Streams und vier Milliarden Video-Views. Mit seinem Weihnachtsalbum „Christmas“ erfüllte er sich Ende 2023 den langgehegten Wunsch, seine Lieblingsweihnachtslieder neu für sein Instrument zu arrangieren. Im Laufe seiner Karriere stand HAUSER in über 40 Ländern auf der Bühne und spielte in so renommierten Konzerthäusern wie der Radio City Music Hall in New York City und der Royal Albert Hall in London. Er trat mit so unterschiedlichen Künstlern wie Andrea Bocelli, den Red Hot Chili Peppers oder Elton John auf. Seine elektrisierende Bühnenpräsenz führte zu diversen Auftritten im Rahmen herausragender Anlässe, wie z.B. der Eröffnungsvorstellung bei den Internationalen Filmfestspielen von Venedig oder Sonderauftritten für die NFL, die UEFA und den Papst im Vatikan.
