Established in Livorno, Italy in 2010, Gabriele, Marco and Jonathan were not just determined, but destined to break free from their surroundings, and music was their key. Developing their sound over the past years into a beautifully refined chaos. Mixing experimentation with electronics, colossal percussion, and searing post-rock guitars, the band has created a sound that is not stereotypical of their humble Background. After the debut „Therapeutic Portrait“ in 2013 the band gained good inter national Critics and refined their Sound even more. Only two years later the Album „Overflow“ got released and brought more Attention to the band. To date Shows with Explosions In The Sky, Efterklang, Blonde Redhead, Jon Hopkins, Four Tet, These New Puritans, Gold Panda, Sun Glitters, God Is An Astronaut and This Will Destroy You followed. In 2018 the band released their third Album „Social Habits“. After the global pandemic and some years of intense songwriting the trio finally reports back with a new Album. „Take a Deep Breath“ is the perfect post-rock Album for the summer-time. Not drowning in melancholy and sad Moments and not concentrating on low tuned and slow heavy parts, the band created an Album that Sounds so free of any boundaries and conventions. Relaxed, dynamic with a lot catchy tunes that settle in the ear. Absolutely danceable and writen for live Performances on the one side and on the other side a perfect Fitting score for a movie.

a trio from Livorno, a beautiful Tuscan seaside town provided with an important port, released their first record in 2013, Therapeutic Portraits. However, the album’s first piece in the tracklist is titled “Meet Me In The Forest”. We are dealing with a kind of musical explorers that travel through highly cinematic post-rock territories, with a powerful electric wall of sound that is also able to ride dreamier electronic waves, like in the second appreciable record published in 2015, O V E R F L O W. Just to say, they look less and less at Mogwai or Explosions In The Sky, for example, and more and more to Vessels. The same Vessels contributed to one of the two remixes projects made so far, oriented towards a more danceable perspective. Their live sets are engaging and in 2017 they found time for a tribute to the masterpiece TV show Twin Peaks by David Lynch, with a re-reading of the main theme.
The most evident year of change has been 2018: Gabriele Centelli, Marco Figliè and Jonathan Nelli decided to sing over their previously purely instrumental compositions, finding space for an emotional, modern alt-rock. Their third record, Social Habits, always out through the label Black Candy, is driven by the songs “Waxfall” and “Habit” and continues the journey of a band that does not like to stop at a single sound-landscape.
