With the two musicians Pablo Auguste (bass, Novation keyboard) and Killian Rebreyend (drums, SPDsx), the trio won the 2023 Occijazz artistic residency and will be welcomed at the great Théâtre Molière – National Stage of Sète.

With her first project “Final Cut” she has set herself the goal of transcribing the emotions and moods evoked by the great works of the 7th Art. With the two musicians Léo Chazallet (bass) and Julien Grégoire (drums), they won in October 2021 the Jazz 70 springboard of Nîmes Métropole Jazz Festival. Since then, they played at NMJF, Jamboree Club in Barcelona and will be playing in 2023 at the prestigious Jazz à Vienne Festival. In April, the trio will work on a young audience chapter of their repertoire to spread jazz music for all and especially for kids.

"It’s like a program music, inspired by childhood or abroad movies. The style is kind of 70’s style, sophisticated jazz fusion for intimacy gig: left hand unisons, bass lines keyboard, arpeggios… Also, the willing to express nuances and lyricism with the piano […] In the end, a very positive impression, with a composition inspired by “North by Northwest” by Alfred Hitchcock, as the icing on the cake, that thrilled the audience and I." (Xavier Prévost)

“For a captivating jazz gig, Sandra Cipolat rode her whinny piano, playing bitterly to get her beast move on a slippery sheet, helped by her silver strings friend Léo Chazallet, born with finger strings, supporting strongly the piano, both joined by Julien Grégoire, the rebellious captain that got a stick for an arm.” (Samuel Heyndrickx)
