Info for Curves of the Brave

The album concept is that of resilience, introspection, gratitude, love, family, relationships, vulnerability and motherhood. The inspiration behind it came from a quote I read in my therapists office: "Curves of the Brave” which is a metaphorical phrase that refers to the graceful, confident lines or contours of someone who is not afraid to take risks or face challenges, suggesting a bold and resilient spirit that is not afraid to "bend" or adapt to difficult situations while still maintaining a strong presence.

What I want people to take away from listening to the album is to reflect on what’s important to them. How our relationships - positive and negative - can impact our daily lives and mindsets. We live in a chaotic, consumeristic and furiously busy world, where your worth is often determined by how productive and financially successful you are. I want to challenge this and encourage less workaholism and capitalism, instead, spending more quality time with our loved ones and on introspection, because, like Christopher McCandless says: "Happiness is only real, when shared."
