Info for Live from Dublin
Intimate acoustic folk filled with gentle harmonies: The rise of Irish folk trio Amble has been nothing short of spectacular. In just over two years, they have gone from playing intimate pub gigs to commanding sold-out shows across the world.
The trio, originally from the West of Ireland, has taken their deeply personal brand of storytelling folk to sold-out theatres and festivals across the globe. Their ability to weave powerful narratives through song, combined with no-frills acoustic instrumentation and heavenly harmonies, has earned them a devoted following.
Robbie Cunningham, lead vocals, guitar

Amble
are Robbie Cunningham, Oisin McCaffrey and Ross Mc Nerney, a three-piece ensemble of songwriters hailing from the Midlands and West of Ireland. Amble’s debut EP, 2023’s Amble (Live), introduced a new, musing, trad-tinged trio of songwriters to the Irish music scene, followed by 2024’s highly distinctive Of Land and Sea, which finds the group expanding their sound to an ever-more global audience. The unique perspective of three individual songwriters creates a peerless body of work – built on the now familiar, ruminative observations on the world and more fitting to the Amble journey – the stories unfolding each day within it.
