Info for Ravage
Four guys – four instruments – one goal: Tough guitar riffs, “machine gun” bursting percussions and pumping slap bass attacks, combined with incisive guitar solos. This is their idea of how metal has to sound, not too fast – not too slow. They present you epic, powerful and groovy metal.
The roots of this band you’ll find back in 2010, when Simon Gehring (vocals, guitar), Dominic Arnold (guitar), Nelson Ramos (bass) and Sandro Ruegg founded Angry Again back in 2010 in the city of St.Gallen, located in Eastern Switzerland. Two years later, they released their demo “Life is like a Melody”, which received a positive feedback and brought in scads of gigs over the following three years, mainly in their home country Switzerland and Austria.
Early 2016 the band recorded their debut album “Divide and Conquer” at Little Creek Studio. The two tracks “Never Back Down” and “Divide and Conquer” have been released as music videos, before the Swiss neo-thrash combo went on the eagerly awaited first tour in November. The band played nine shows in Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia and kicked ass all over the Balkans. On January 21st 2017 their debut album was released and presented to their domestic fans for the first time – with a very positive response.
This was followed by various shows at home and abroad, before in the summer of 2018, the second studio album "Ravage" was recorded at Little Creek Studio. The release is scheduled for spring 2019.
