Info for Castles of Spain

The term guitarist falls far short when used by Rainer Maria Nero (Zehetbauer).

He is involved in chamber music, dedicates his time to the flamenco scene, which is confirmed by regular concerts with the flamenco guitarist Carlos Piñana, but also various projects, such as the cooperation with “dance ability”, are very close to his heart. As a guitarist, he offers a very broad ouevre, which his concert colleagues and mentors such as Fabian Franco Ramirez, Jakub Niedoborek, Martin Kelner and Carlos Piñana particularly appreciate about him.

As Jimi Hendrix once sang in “Spanish Castle Magic” “With just a little bit of Spanish Castle Magic- Just a little bit of daydream here and there,” Rainer Maria Zehetbauer represents exactly this listening experience in his debut album “Castles of Spain” a little bit of magic and just a little bit of daydream here and there! Rainer Maria Zehetbauer will delight you with interpretations of Federico Moreno Torroba's Castles of Spain via Joaquin Rodrigo Tres piezas españolas, Agustín Barrios Mangoré Choro de saudade, Mauro Giuliani Rossiniana N.1 Op.119, William Walton Excerpts from Five Bagatelles for Guitar Allegro & Alla Cubana to cast a spell
